SwiftPath Capital is a private money lender built specifically for real estate investors. Our team has decades of experience in real estate investing, lending, and operations, and we use that background to structure funding that works in the real world—not just on paper.
We focus on simple, investor-friendly loan options for non-owner-occupied investment properties, with an emphasis on speed, communication, and predictable closings. Our goal is to be the lending partner investors call when they need a hard money or private money solution that actually gets to the finish line.
Our Story
SwiftPath Capital was created to solve a common problem: serious real estate investors were losing deals because their financing could not keep up. Traditional lenders often move slowly, change terms late in the process, or are not set up to understand value-add strategies like fix and flip, BRRRR, and small multifamily investing.
Drawing on years of experience in acquisitions, operations, and capital markets, the leadership team behind SwiftPath Capital built a model around real estate investors first. Today, we partner with established national lenders to provide DSCR rental loans, fix and flip loans, and short-term bridge loans designed for non-owner-occupied investment properties.
