I'm a real estate investor. I built SwiftPath Capital because when I was starting out, nobody helped me figure out if a deal was actually worth it. Every financing conversation started with my credit and a loan offer. Nobody stopped to ask, "Is this a good deal in the first place?"
That's the company I wanted to build. We help you evaluate the deal before we talk about financing. We explain what the numbers mean, walk you through the process, and help you make a sound decision instead of simply pushing toward an approval.
SwiftPath Capital was built for real estate investors, including newer investors working through their first few deals. We focus on non-owner-occupied investment properties, clear guidance, and financing that fits the plan for the property.
Our Story
When we started investing, we saw the same problem over and over. New investors were making bad decisions because nobody was helping them understand the numbers. They would find a property, get excited, and rush to get a loan without knowing whether the deal actually worked.
We built SwiftPath Capital to change that. Our real estate experience includes buying, renovating, renting, and selling properties. We created a financing company that starts with education and guidance, not just a loan application.
Today, SwiftPath Capital offers rental, fix and flip, bridge, and construction financing. We help you evaluate the deal first, understand which program fits the strategy, and prepare the information needed to move forward.
