I'm a real estate investor. I built SwiftPath Capital because when I was starting out, nobody helped me figure out if a deal was actually worth it. Every lender I talked to just wanted to run my credit and push a loan — nobody stopped to ask, "Is this a good deal in the first place?"

That's the company I wanted to build. One where we help you evaluate the deal before we ever talk about financing. Where we explain what the numbers mean, walk you through the process, and make sure you're set up to win — not just approved for a loan.

SwiftPath Capital is a private money lender built specifically for real estate investors — especially newer investors doing their first, second, or third deal. We focus on non-owner-occupied investment properties, with an emphasis on guidance, transparency, and predictable closings.

Our Story

When we started investing, we saw the same problem over and over: new investors were making bad decisions — not because they weren't smart, but because nobody was helping them understand the numbers. They'd find a property, get excited, and rush to get a loan without knowing if the deal actually worked.

We built SwiftPath to change that. Drawing on years of real estate investing experience — buying, renovating, renting, and selling properties ourselves — we created a lending company that starts with education and guidance, not just a loan application.

Today, we partner with 15+ established national lenders to provide rental loans, fix-and-flip loans, and bridge loans. But what makes us different isn't the loan products — it's the fact that we help you evaluate the deal first, understand which loan fits your strategy, and close with confidence.
